As a tourist, I really appreciated the friendly and efficient staff at this hotel. They were always helpful and made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and functional, with great soundproofing and blackout curtains on the windows. This made it easy for me to get a good night's sleep and feel refreshed in the morning. I also liked that there was transport available to the airport at half the price of a taxi, which saved me some money.

The hotel's location near the Heathrow Terminal 2 was very convenient for us. We also appreciated the kind staff member who held an umbrella over us as we walked to the parking lot. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and we were impressed by the good cleaning services. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus. the hotel facilities, such as a nice TV and a convenient fridge and kettle in the room, were helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a wonderful experience. This place is located in a quite neighbourhood not far from the Motorway which makes it easy to get to. The staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service. The room was well equipped with all the amenities I needed such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a television. The bed was very comfortable and the room was soundproofed which ensured a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the dining restaurant and the bar snacks were great.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Hillingdon for 3 nights. The hotel room was very nice with an unusual decoration of suitcase wallpaper as a headboard. The staff were friendly and informed me of pertinent offers. The bar and kitchen team exceeded my expectations and provided excellent service. The evening meals were delicious and the portions were decent. I am already planning to come back next week!
